General Winter Schedule

• Mon 7-9 PM @ San Clemente High School
• Wed 5:45 - 8 PM @ Capo Valley High School
• Friday 5 - 7 @ San Clemente High School
• Weights @ SCHS: Mon 6-7; Tues & Thur 1:30-2:30

Competition Birthdates

Born 8/2/06 - 8/1/08

If your child is 18 years old or younger on August 1, 2025, your child can compete in 18U during the annual season from Aug 1, 2024 through Aug 1, 2025.
