F 5:30-6:30 Conditioning @ San Clemente High School

Summer Schedule*  

Mon - Wed 4-6 PM  @ Saddleback

F 4:30-5:30 PM Swim Conditioning @ SCHS

* Allows Junior Lifeguard participation

25/26 Competition Birthdates

Born 8/2/13 - 8/1/15

If your child is 12 years old or younger on August 1, 2026, your child can compete in 12U during the annual season from Aug 2, 2025 through Aug 1, 2026.
